The Speakeasy By JMS Jazz
The Speakeasy By JMS Jazz is a postmodern take on the classic speakeasy hot jazz of the 1920s and 30s. Boasting an extensive song list, we mix American SongBook jazz standards with our own takes on modern rock and Pop Classics, covering everything from Cole Porter to Daft Punk and anything in between. the band typically travels as a five piece with either a male or female singer, sax and a rhythm section. If you want a band that can shift between quiet background jazz and a full party at the drop of a hat, this is the band for you.
